Bei geführten Besichtigungen können Sie die Geschichte der Mühle von damals bis heute, den von den Eigentümern eingeleiteten Nachhaltigkeitsprozess und die laufenden Projekte entdecken.
Es werden auch Veranstaltungen zu essbaren Wildpflanzen, Kurse und Kuren angeboten.
