Le visite guidate vi racconteranno la storia del Moulin dal passato a oggi, nonché l'approccio "sostenibile" avviato dai proprietari e i progetti in corso. Il Moulin des Combes è un sito unico nell'Alto Limosino! È allo stesso tempo un gîte eco-sostenibile, un centro di naturopatia e una Spa Zen.
Vengono offerti anche eventi, corsi e cure a base di piante selvatiche commestibili.
