15 Minuten südlich von Limoges, ganz in der Nähe des Städtchens Solignac, das für seine Abtei und den Fluss Briance bekannt ist, überragt Leygat das Tal. Eine alte Scheune wurde zu einem Wohnhaus und zwei voneinander völlig unabhängigen Ferienwohnungen umgebaut. Sie sind von einem 8 Hektar großen privaten Wald- und Landschaftspark mit 4 km Wanderwegen umgeben, die sich abseits der Straße bis nach Solignac (1 km) erstrecken. Ein beheizter Pool (12 x 6 m), der je nach Wetterlage von Juni bis September geöffnet ist, wird von jeder Unterkunft gemeinsam genutzt. Großes Spielzimmer (74 m²) mit Kamin. Unterstand für Fahrräder und Motorräder, Parkplatz. Fahrräder für Erwachsene und Kinder stehen zur Verfügung. Schaukel, Bouleplatz, Tischtennis, Tischfußball.
