Das Haus liegt 15 Minuten von der Autobahn 20 Paris Toulouse und weniger als 5 km vom wichtigen See von Saint Pardoux entfernt: Strände, Wassersportbecken, Spielplätze, Sommerveranstaltungen. Das Haus befindet sich in einem kleinen, ruhigen Weiler. Das Frühstück wird im Wohnzimmer der Familie oder auf der großen, zum Garten hin offenen Veranda serviert. Marie Annick und ihr Mann sind sehr tierlieb und leben mit einem Hund und zwei Katzen, daher ist es ihnen zu ihrem Bedauern nicht möglich, die Anwesenheit anderer Tiere zu akzeptieren. Es wird im Freien geraucht.
