Het huis ligt op 15 minuten van de snelweg Autoroute 20 Paris Toulouse en op minder dan 5 km van het grote meer van Saint Pardoux, met zijn stranden, aqualudisch zwembad, speeltuinen en zomeranimatie, in een klein, rustig gehucht. Het ontbijt wordt geserveerd in de woonkamer van de familie of op de grote veranda met uitzicht op de tuin. Marie Annick en haar man zijn dol op dieren en wonen samen met een hond en twee katten, dus het spijt hen dat ze geen andere huisdieren kunnen accepteren. Buiten is roken toegestaan.
