Der ideale Ort, um einen Besuch des Museums der Eisenminen zu verlängern oder einfach nur einen Tag zu verbringen, an dem sich alle in einer grünen Umgebung amüsieren können. Das Minenmuseum befindet sich im Herzen dieses weitläufigen, der Erholung gewidmeten Bereichs, der von spielerischen (Strauchlabyrinth, Freiluftspiele, Brunnen, Picknickbereich) und pädagogischen (Aufwertung der Flora) Einrichtungen sowie einem Freilufttheater profitiert
Der Park wurde im September 2007 eingeweiht und soll ein Publikum aus der nahen Umgebung empfangen. Er ist Ausgangspunkt für mehrere Wanderwege.
