Wir hatten einen gemeinsamen Wunsch: einen gemütlichen Ort zu schaffen, an dem wir unser Wissen und Können zusammenbringen konnten. So entstand die Idee eines Ortes, der sowohl ein Geschäft als auch ein Restaurant sein sollte. Unsere Produkte stammen größtenteils aus lokaler Produktion, von unseren Partnern, die Rinder, Lämmer und Geflügel züchten.
Durch das Restaurant wollen wir die Rezepte unserer Mütter, Großmütter und Tantchen weiterleben lassen, aber auch all die Momente, die uns in Kindheitserinnerungen schwelgen lassen, wie die guten kleinen Gerichte am Sonntag oder die großen Erntedankfeste.
