Der Jakobsweg für Pilger führt von Beaune nach Clermont-Ferrand und passiert Autun, Toulon, Bourbon-Lancy und Lapalisse. Von Clermont-Ferrand verbindet sich dieser Weg mit zwei Zugangswegen zur Via Lemovicensis und zur Via Podiensis, die beide Teil des Camino-Netzwerks nach Santiago de Compostela sind.
