Llanidloes ist eine Stadt und Gemeinde an den Straßen A470 und B4518 in Powys, innerhalb der historischen Grafschaftsgrenzen von Montgomeryshire, Wales. Die Bevölkerung betrug 2011 2.929, von denen 15% Walisisch sprechen konnten. Es ist die drittgrößte Siedlung in Montgomeryshire, nach Newtown und Welshpool.
Es ist die erste Stadt am Fluss Severn, gemessen von der Quelle. Der Abgeordnete der Stadt im Parlament ist der Konservative Craig Williams und sein Mitglied der Senedd ist der Konservative Russell George.
