Llanbadarn Fawr ist ein urbanisiertes Dorf und eine Gemeinde in Ceredigion, Wales. Es liegt am Stadtrand von Aberystwyth neben Penparcau und Southgate. Es bildet den östlichen Teil des kontinuierlich bebauten Gebiets von Aberystwyth. Es hat zwei Wahlbezirke, Padarn und Sulien, die jeweils einen Ceredigion County Councillor und mehrere Gemeinderäte von Llanbadarn Fawr wählen. Bei der Volkszählung im Jahr 2001 wurde die Bevölkerungszahl der Gemeinde mit 2.899 erfasst, die 2011 auf 3.380 anstieg.
