Nuffield ist ein Dorf und eine Zivilgemeinde in den Chiltern Hills in South Oxfordshire, England, etwas über 4 Meilen östlich von Wallingford. Die Volkszählung von 2011 dokumentierte die Einwohnerzahl der Gemeinde mit 939.
Der alte Ridgeway-Pfad verläuft durch das Dorf. Der Abschnitt des Ridgeway westlich des Dorfes folgt dem alten Grim's Ditch, der ein geschütztes archäologisches Denkmal ist.
