Nuffield er en landsby og civil parish i Chiltern Hills i Syd- Oxfordshire, England, lidt over 4 miles øst for Wallingford. Folketællingen i 2011 registrerede parishens befolkning som 939.
Den gamle Ridgeway-sti løber gennem landsbyen. Den del af Ridgeway vest for landsbyen følger den gamle Grim's Ditch, som er et beskyttet oldtid monument.
