Der Bahnhof Portrush ist der Endpunkt der Eisenbahnlinie Coleraine-Portrush und bedient die Küstenstadt Portrush, County Antrim, Nordirland.
Der Bahnhof, der 67¾ Meilen von Belfast entfernt ist, wurde am 4. Dezember 1855 eröffnet. Um den Ausflugs- und Urlaubsverkehr zu bewältigen, wurde 1893 eine umfangreiche Rekonstruktion durch die Belfast and Northern Counties Railway unter der Leitung ihres Ingenieurs und Architekten Berkeley Deane Wise abgeschlossen. Es wurden drei Bahnsteige sowie ein Bahnhofsgebäude im "halb-fachwerk" Mock Tudor Stil mit einem Uhrturm bereitgestellt, das von Currie als "sicherlich eines der schönste Bahnhofsgebäude in Irland" beschrieben wurde; es wird jetzt von einer Einzelhandelsfläche genutzt, während ein kleines neueres Betonbau-Ticketbüro dahinter als aktuelles Bahnhofsgebäude dient. Der Güterverkehr zum Bahnhof wurde am 20. September 1954 eingestellt.
