La gare de Portrush est le terminus de la ligne de chemin de fer Coleraine-Portrush et sert la ville balnéaire de Portrush, dans le comté d'Antrim, en Irlande du Nord.
La station, située à 67¾ miles de Belfast, a été inaugurée le 4 décembre 1855. Pour accueillir le trafic d'excursion et de vacances, une reconstruction conséquente par le Belfast and Northern Counties Railway, sous la direction de son ingénieur et architecte Berkeley Deane Wise, a été achevée en 1893. Trois quais ont été prévus avec un hangar à trains et un bâtiment de gare dans un style "à colombages" de type Tudor, avec une tour de l'horloge, décrite par Currie comme "certainement l'un des bâtiments ferroviaires les plus beaux d'Irlande" ; il est maintenant occupé par une unité de vente au détail, avec un petit bureau de billetterie en béton moderne derrière servant de bâtiment de gare actuel. Le trafic de marchandises vers la gare a été clôturé le 20 septembre 1954.
