Die Munizipalität Marneuli ist eine Verwaltungseinheit in der Region Niederkartlien im Südosten Georgiens.
Verwaltungszentrum der Munizipalität ist die Stadt Marneuli. Die 935 km² große Munizipalität grenzt im Norden und Osten an die Munizipalität Gardabani, im Nordosten unterbrochen durch das Territorium der regionsunterstellten Stadt Rustawi, im Nordwesten an die Munizipalität Tetrizqaro und in Westen an die Munizipalität Bolnissi, alle ebenfalls in der Region Niederkartlien. Im Südosten verläuft auf einem kurzen Abschnitt die Staatsgrenze zu Aserbaidschan, im Süden zu Armenien.
