Der Ort liegt im südlichen Bereich der Berggruppe Monti Alburni. Die Nachbargemeinden sind Auletta, Petina, Polla, Roscigno, Sacco, San Pietro al Tanagro, San Rufo, Sant’Angelo a Fasanella, Sant’Arsenio und Teggiano. Einziger Ortsteil ist Carnale.
