Vo ist eine nordostitalienische Gemeinde mit 3279 Einwohnern in der Provinz Padua in Venetien. Die Gemeinde liegt etwa 20 Kilometer westsüdwestlich von Padua am Parco regionale dei Colli Euganei. Vo liegt im Nordwesten der Euganeischen Hügel und grenzt unmittelbar an die Provinz Vicenza.
Vo wurde am 21. Februar 2020 weltweit bekannt, als es unter Quarantäne gestellt und von Polizeikräften abgeriegelt wurde, nachdem in Vo Menschen am Corona-Virus erkrankt waren.
