Randazzo liegt 68 Kilometer nördlich von Catania oberhalb des Valle dell’Alcantara am Nordhang des Ätna und südöstlich der Monti Nebrodi. Die Einwohner arbeiten hauptsächlich in der Landwirtschaft, in der Viehzucht und in der Industrie.
