San Clemente, vollständig Basilica San Clemente al Laterano , ist eine Kirche in Rom im Rang einer Basilica minor. Sie ist dem Märtyrer Clemens I. geweiht, der in der Zeit von 88 bis 97 Bischof von Rom war. Die Kirche und das angrenzende Kloster gehören seit 1677 irischen Dominikanern.
Die Basilika liegt östlich des Kolosseums zwischen der immer noch dem antiken Straßenverlauf entsprechenden Via Labicana und der heutigen Via di San Giovanni in Laterano, also an dem historischen Pilgerweg vom Lateran zum Forum Romanum.
