Der Palazzo della Cancelleria ist ein Palast in der Altstadt von Rom. Er liegt zwischen dem Corso Vittorio Emanuele II und der Via del Pellegrino im Stadtteil Parione. Die Hauptfassade geht zur Piazza della Cancelleria.
Der Kardinal und päpstlichen Vizekanzler Raffaele Riario ließ sich zwischen 1485 und 1513 den Palast als Residenz erbauen. Er ist der erste Renaissancepalast in Rom und spielt bei der urbanen Neuordnung und der Rückgewinnung der dominanten Stellung Roms eine wichtige Rolle. Der Entwurf wird unter anderem auf Leon Battista Alberti zurückgeführt. Als Architekten bzw. Baumeister werden Donato Bramante, Andrea Bregno und auch Baccio Pontelli genannt. Die majestätische Fassade und der formvollendete Innenhof machen ihn zu einem der schönsten Paläste Roms.
