Die NATO Maintenance and Supply Agency war eine logistische Dienstleistungsorganisation für die NATO-Staaten. Sie hatte die Aufgabe, die kostengünstige und effiziente Betreuung derjenigen Waffensysteme sicherzustellen, die in mehreren NATO-Staaten im Einsatz stehen. Die NATO-Mitgliedsstaaten hatten 1958 vereinbart, ausgewählte Aufgaben für das jeweilige System einer Unterorganisation zu übertragen. Eine dieser Unterorganisationen war die NAMSA, sie schloss die notwendigen Industrieverträge. Der Sitz der NAMSA befand sich in Capellen im Großherzogtum Luxemburg.
