Uilen- und Tierpark De Paay ist ein privater Zoo, der an der Linge im niederländischen Dorf Beesd liegt.
Etwa seit 1992 hat der Besitzer des Parks begonnen, verschiedene Eulen und andere Vögel in dem großen Garten rund um sein Haus zu sammeln. Im Laufe der Jahre kamen immer mehr Tierarten hinzu. Auch das Gebiet des Parks wurde auf etwa 2 Hektar vergrößert. Der Zoo verfügt seit 2008 über eine Zoo-Lizenz.
