Agelo ist ein Weiler in der niederländischen Provinz Overijssel. Am 1. Januar 2021 lebten 590 Menschen in Agelo. Es wird in der Regel in Großes Agelo und Kleines Agelo unterteilt. Bis zur kommunalen Neuordnung vom 1. Januar 2001 gehörten beide Wohngebiete zur Gemeinde Denekamp. Agelo liegt zwischen Rossum und Ootmarsum, nördlich des Almelo-Nordhorn-Kanals.
