Oud Ootmarsum ist ein Dorf in der niederländischen Provinz Overijssel. Das Dorf liegt am Rande des Kerns von Ootmarsum und gehörte vor der kommunalen Neuordnung trotz des Namens zur Gemeinde Denekamp. Oud Ootmarsum ist ein kleines Bauerndorf in der Nähe des Naturschutzgebietes Springendal. Eine große Straße führt durch Oud Ootmarsum und das ist der rote Faden im Dorf. Am 1. Januar 2021 hatte Oud Ootmarsum 320 Einwohner und ist bekannt für den Klootschieten, der hier in der Gegend praktiziert wird; Das Dorf hat die größte Klootschietersvereniging des Landes und verfügt über eine eigene Strecke für diesen Sport.
