Im Album De Vliegende Klomp ließ Willy Vandersteen Suske und Wiske unter anderem durch Baarle-Nassau und Hertog, Breda, die Biesbosch, De Efteling, das Schloss von Deurne und Eindhoven reisen. Lambik und Jerom gewannen gegen Suske, Wiske und Tante Sidonia (die in einer Art Holzschuh "flogen"), nahmen aber den Preis nicht an, weil sie betrogen hatten. Wiske entschloss sich, den Umschlag mit Geld der dritten Welt zu schenken.
