Enspijk ist ein Dorf in der niederländischen Provinz Gelderland. Es ist Teil der Gemeinde West Betuwe und liegt etwa 14 km westlich von Tiel. Enspijk wurde 1148 erstmals als Inspic erwähnt und bedeutet Vorgebirge. Das en wurde hinzugefügt, um es von dem benachbarten Spijk zu unterscheiden. Enspijk entwickelte sich als konzentriertes Esdorp senkrecht zum Deich der Linge. Die niederländisch-reformierte Kirche stammt aus dem frühen 15. Jahrhundert und ist ein Ersatz für eine Kirche aus dem 13. Jahrhundert. Der Turm wurde Ende des 15. Jahrhunderts erbaut. Huis te Enspijk war ein Schloss. Es wurde wahrscheinlich im 15. Jahrhundert erbaut und 1828 abgerissen. Im Jahr 1840 lebten dort 247 Menschen.
