Obwohl die Bedeutung der Landwirtschaft in Schoondijke [Schwôndieke] abgenommen hat, ist der agrarische Charakter in und um Schoondijke noch deutlich vorhanden. In dem westzeeländischen Dorf zeigt sich die Landwirtschaftsatmosphäre in Form von Skulpturen, wie Das Pferd, Der Sämann und Das wachsende Korn. Das Kunstwerk Landarbeiter von Jan Haas hat einen prominenten Platz auf dem neu gestalteten Dorfplatz erhalten. Die Hulster Mühle ist jeden Samstag für Besichtigungen geöffnet. Dort gibt es auch frisch gemahlenes Mehl.
