Die Camerig-Süd ist der längste Anstieg der Niederlande. Der steilste Abschnitt liegt zu Beginn des Anstiegs. Den schwierigen Teil hast du hinter dir, wenn du das Restaurant Buitenlust passierst. Von diesem Restaurant führt ein Weg nach links in den Wald, aber das ist die Camerig-West. Für die Camerig-Süd folgst du der durchgehenden Straße in Richtung Vaals. Die Straße geht jetzt auf und ab und du hast einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Limburgische Hügelland und die Voerregion.
