Die Heilige Johannes Kirche ist eine römisch-katholische Kirche in Oisterwijk in der niederländischen Provinz Nordbrabant. Sie befindet sich an der De Lind 52.
Die Kirche gehört zum Bistum 's-Hertogenbosch und fällt unter die Sankt Josef Gemeinde. Die Gemeinde wurde gegründet, nachdem Oisterwijk zu Beginn des 20. Jahrhunderts ein starkes Bevölkerungswachstum erlebt hatte. Im Jahr 1926 wurde die Gemeinde von der Gemeinde des Heiligen Petrus' Banden abgespalten.
Die Kirche wurde von dem Architekten H.W. Valk entworfen und 1927 erbaut. 1953 wurde der Turm- und Portalbau, den Valk in Zusammenarbeit mit seinem Sohn G.H.F. Valk entworfen hatte, angebaut. 1958 wurden drei Glocken mit den Namen: Johannes, Maria und Josef in Betrieb genommen und 1972 auch eine Tageskapelle.
