Drunen ist ein Ort in der Gemeinde Heusden in der niederländischen Provinz Noord-Brabant. Es liegt in De Langstraat, einer Region, die seit jeher für ihre Leder- und Schuhindustrie bekannt ist. Drunen war von 1813 bis 1997 eine selbstständige Gemeinde. Sie umfasste auch das Weiler Giersbergen sowie die Bauernhöfe Fellenoord, Klinkaert und Pestert. 1935 wurde das Kirchdorf Elshout hinzugefügt. Am 1. Januar 1997 sind Drunen, Vlijmen und Heusden in der Fusionsgemeinde Heusden aufgegangen.
