Das Osloer Bezirksgericht ist das Bezirksgericht, das Oslo, Norwegen, bedient. Fälle können an das Borgarting Berufungsgericht angefochten werden. Als größtes Bezirksgericht in Norwegen bearbeitet es etwa 20 % aller Fälle im Land. Das Gericht bearbeitete im Jahr 2007 3.000 Straf- und 2.200 Zivilsachen sowie 7.200 Eilverfahren.
Es wird von einem Präsidenten geleitet und hat 100 ernannte Berufs- und stellvertretende Richter. Diese sind in acht Abteilungen unterteilt. Darüber hinaus hat das Gericht 105 Verwaltungsangestellte, von denen 30 in der Zentralverwaltung, 59 in gerichtsbezogenen Berufen und 16 in der Sicherheit tätig sind. Diese werden von einem Geschäftsführer geleitet.
