Der Polnische Korridor war ein vormals preußischer Landstreifen zwischen Pommern im Westen sowie dem Unterlauf der Weichsel im Osten. Deutschland musste ihn nach dem Ersten Weltkrieg an Polen abtreten. Er trennte von 1920 bis zum Überfall auf Polen im September 1939 Ostpreußen vom übrigen Deutschland ab. Der Korridor war keine politisch-historische Einheit; zwischen dem Polen zuerkannten Küstenabschnitt und der deutsch-russischen Grenze von 1914 lagen außer dem größten Teil der bisherigen Provinz Westpreußen auch Teile des historischen Großpolen, die zur Provinz Posen gehört hatten. Die beim Deutschen Reich verbliebenen westlichen Streifen Posens und Westpreußens wurden zur Provinz Grenzmark Posen-Westpreußen vereinigt.
