Die Schlacht von Visby fand am 27. Juli 1361 zwischen dem Heer des Dänenkönigs Waldemar IV. und einem Bauernheer auf der Insel Gotland in der Ostsee statt.
Der dänische König Waldemar Atterdag hatte die Dänen geeint, und es gelang ihm, dem untätigen schwedischen König Magnus II. die Provinz Schonen zu entreißen. Danach richtete sich seine Aufmerksamkeit auf die wohlhabende Insel Gotland.
