Orust ist eine Gemeinde in der schwedischen Provinz Västra Götalands län und der historischen Provinz Bohuslän. Der Hauptort der Gemeinde ist Henån.
Die Gemeinde besteht aus der Insel Orust, auf der die meisten Einwohner wohnen, sowie einigen umliegenden, kleineren Inseln und Schären, von denen einige bewohnt sind, wie zum Beispiel Flatön, Lyrön, Härmanö, Gullholmen, Käringön und Malö.
