Die türkische Ägäisregion ist mit einer Fläche von 79.000 km² das fünftgrößte der sieben geographischen Gebiete der Türkei. Die offizielle Bezeichnung ist „Ege-Gebiet“ . Sie stellt etwa 10,1 % des türkischen Staatsterritoriums dar und grenzt an Zentralanatolien, die Marmara- und Mittelmeerregion. Diese Region ist auch bekannt als die türkische Ägäis.
Diese Region existiert offiziell nach dem Geographie-Kongress 1941 in Ankara und teilt sich in zwei weitere Teilregionen bzw. Gebiete.
