Der Föderative Staat Neurussland Новороссия, Noworossija; ukrainisch Новоросія, Noworossija) war eine am 24. Mai 2014 proklamierte Union zwischen der proklamierten Volksrepublik Donezk und der proklamierten Volksrepublik Lugansk. Beide sind im Zuge des Krieges in der Ukraine seit 2014 entstanden und werden international nicht anerkannt.
Im Mai 2015 wurde das Projekt wegen der fehlenden Unterstützung aus Charkiw, Odessa und Dnipropetrowsk für beendet erklärt. Stattdessen riefen prorussische Separatisten am 18. Juli 2017 einen neuen Staat namens Kleinrussland aus. Dieser soll nur noch die Volksrepubliken Lugansk und Donezk umfassen. Mit dem historischen Kleinrussland hat das Gebiet jedoch keine geographische Schnittmenge.
