Die Oblast Saporischschja ist eine Verwaltungseinheit im Südosten der Ukraine. Sie hat rund 1,78 Millionen Einwohner . Die südliche Grenze der Oblast bildet das Asowsche Meer. Die Oblast Dnipropetrowsk umklammert die Oblast im Norden und Nordwesten. Im Südwesten grenzt die Oblast an die Oblast Cherson, im Osten an die Oblast Donezk.
Hauptstadt der Oblast ist die gleichnamige Stadt Saporischschja, die im Nordwesten der Oblast am Dnepr liegt.
