Upper East Side bezeichnet ein Stadtviertel im Nordosten Manhattans in New York City, Vereinigte Staaten. Die Upper East Side gilt traditionell als teuerstes und wohlhabendstes Viertel der Stadt.
Die Upper East Side erstreckt sich im Süden vom Plaza-Hotel am Central Park in der 59th Street bis zum Ende der Museumsmeile in der 96th Street. Im Westen grenzt der Stadtteil an den Central Park, im Osten an den East River. Die Upper East Side gilt als das eleganteste und vornehmste Viertel New Yorks. Der Central Park teilt Manhattan zwischen der 59th Street im Süden und der 110th Street im Norden in die Upper East Side und die Upper West Side. In der Nähe befindet sich der East 73rd Street Historic District.
