Das Bistum Kansas City-Saint Joseph ist eine in den Vereinigten Staaten gelegene römisch-katholische Diözese mit Sitz in Kansas City, Missouri.
Das Bistum Kansas City-Saint Joseph wurde am 10. September 1880 durch Papst Leo XIII. aus Gebietsabtretungen des Erzbistums Saint Louis als Bistum Kansas City errichtet. Es wurde dem Erzbistum Saint Louis als Suffraganbistum unterstellt. Am 2. Juli 1956 wurde das Bistum Kansas City mit dem Bistum Saint Joseph zusammengelegt und in Bistum Kansas City-Saint Joseph umbenannt.
