Die Talsperre Richard B. Russell ist eine Talsperre mit Wasserkraftwerk in den USA. Sie staut den Savannah River, der an dieser Stelle die Grenze zwischen dem Elbert County, Georgia und dem Abbeville County, South Carolina bildet, zu einem Stausee auf. Die Talsperre wurde nach dem früheren Senator von Georgia, Richard B. Russell, benannt.
Die Talsperre dient der Stromerzeugung. Ihre Errichtung wurde vom US-Kongress durch den Flood Control Act of 1966 genehmigt. Mit dem Bau der Talsperre wurde 1974 begonnen. Sie wurde 1983 fertiggestellt. Die Talsperre ist im Besitz des United States Army Corps of Engineers und wird auch vom USACE betrieben.
