The Damvallei is a nature reserve in the East Flanders municipalities of Destelbergen and Laarne. The area originated from an old meander of the Scheldt, and is somewhat marred by the traffic interchange of Destelbergen located within the area, as well as the E17 and R4 that cut through it. The nature reserve is protected by the European Union as part of the Natura 2000 area 'Scheldt and Durme estuary from the Dutch border to Ghent'.
