Sint-Truiden

From the Abbey Tower you can see numerous monuments in the wide surroundings of the Grote Markt in one fell swoop. This tower belongs to a Romanesque church that was built in the 11th century by Benedictines. Other monuments nearby are the Church of Our Lady, the Town Hall, the St. Martin's Church, the St. Augustine's Chapel and the St. Gangulfus Church (the oldest church).
