The Sint-Alexius Beguinage is a beguinage in the Belgian city of Dendermonde. It has 61 houses built around a trapezoidal courtyard. It has existed in this place since 1288.
For many years, the Beguinage festivities were held here at the end of August. In August 2005 the last Beguinage festivities took place. They were dedicated to organizer Luc Dierick, who had died after an accident.
