Did you know that you should pour a Witteke or Hoegaarden white beer in a specific way? The glass should first be rinsed or placed briefly in ice, then you should pour half of the bottle, loosen the yeast haze by 'turning' the bottle 'sixteen times', and then pour the rest. Any excess foam can be removed. In a café, you typically get a Hoegaarden 25cl in a typical blocky Hoegaarden glass.
