19th-century chapel in worship of Saint Alena, located at the end of a lime tree drive (Alenaborre) in the extension of the Weerstanderslaan. The chapel itself is located on a small hedged plot with two linden trees behind the chapel. A stone in the gable dates the chapel: "Saint/ Alena/ Pray for us/ 1872". Probably built to replace an older St. Alena chapel. On the primitive land register of 1830 there is already a lane with chapel at this location and Wauters mentions in 1855 a Saint Alena chapel along the road between Anderlecht and Dilbeek in which there is a statue of this saint. A publication from 1895 also mentions that the chapel was enlarged not long before, in order to be able to set up a resting altar for the annual procession.
