Recreational landscape park

The lower site of the Cosmos will be developed into a recreational landscape park for the youth and arranged as the first phase. The pit that has formed after the demolition of the swimming pool will be converted into an amphitheater with a round square at the bottom that can be used multifunctionally. A second element is the creation of a new play hill, featuring play elements at the top and tunnels and slides leading down. A third major element is the renovation of the dilapidated house into an open and freely accessible shelter, adjacent to a shallow water surface with various play elements.

Finally, various play elements made from natural materials will be provided along the forest edge of the new play area, and a few notable trees have been selected along which monumental benches will be placed.
