De molen van Commijn bevond zich net zoals de molen van Bloemendael en de molen van Burght bovenop de heuvelrug ten zuidwesten van het dorp Bever. De houten windmolen werd 3 keer verplaatst, telkens een paar honderden meters verder. De molen werd opgericht in 1666. In 1906 werd de houten molen door een zware storm van haar sokkel geblazen en kwam in de wei terecht. Daarna werd hij niet heropgebouwd.
