The Bastogne War Museum focuses on World War II, from its origins to the fall of 1944, and the Battle of the Bulge. The key wartime facts and the suffering of the soldiers are explained so that visitors gain a better understanding of the whole. The center provides a very good overview of what civilian life looked like during the occupation, during, and even after the Battle. You will receive explanations about the various consequences of one of the largest conflicts the world has ever known.
The Bastogne War Museum is housed in a brand new building with bold architecture, located on the former site of the Bastogne Historical Center. This memorial center features the most modern and original scenographic techniques. The new museum journey is interspersed with "scénovisions®," unprecedented, immersive 3D presentations that engage all the senses.
