Farmer's Bourgeois House

Farmer's house, said to have used to be a two-family house and rectory of Overslag. Partly hedged and enclosed by concrete slabs grazed yard, adjacent to the parish church of Overslag. South-west facing house of six bays under gable roof (tiled, ridge parallel to the street), from the first half of the 19th century. Anchored plastered and painted façade on grey-painted plinth (including imitation natural stone). Rectangular windows on bluestone sills, with roller shutter boxes and round-arched doors with fanlight (closed in the first bay). Delineating profiled architrave moulding. Whitewashed brick rear façade with rectangular door and ditto windows with shutters. Trimmed side walls with plastered corner chains. To the south-west behind the manure heap: brick transverse barn with stables under gable roof (tiles) from the end of the 19th century. Wide roof overhangs on wooden struts. Two round owl holes in the right side gable. To the northeast lower smaller stable wing with whitewashed yard façade. Barn doors with wooden lintel under the kinked roof overhang.
