Description

Warfaaz lake is located in the Ardennes, at the gates of the city of Spa. It has a surface area of 6.5 hectares; its longest length is 600 m and its widest width is 200 m. Its depth varies from 1 to 7 m. It is fed by the Wayai, which has its source in a hamlet of the same name and which passes through the city of Spa and then flows into the Hoëgne at Theux. Its shores are tarmacked, which provides easy access for fishing. Numerous walks, a playground, pedalo hire plus several catering points are available close to the lake.
